Welcome to URBN Hub

By accessing or using URBN Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

URBN Hub is designed to help businesses manage clients, invoices, scheduling, communication, analytics, and other business operations. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in a manner that does not harm URBN Hub, its services, or other users.

You Agree Not To

• Use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality or security.
• Copy, reuse, or exploit URBN Hub branding, designs, content, or software without written permission.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse, you must notify us promptly.

User Content and Communications

You are responsible for all data, content, invoices, emails, reminders, campaigns, messages, files, and other materials you create, upload, store, or send through URBN Hub. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use that content and send those communications.

Connected Services

URBN Hub may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Analytics. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize URBN Hub to access and display the data needed to provide the connected feature.

Google Analytics access is read-only and is used only to display reporting data inside your URBN Hub dashboard. URBN Hub does not modify, create, delete, or manage Google Analytics data, users, properties, or account settings.

You may disconnect connected services at any time through your account settings. Some features may stop working after a service is disconnected.

Subscription and Billing

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.

Subscriptions may be cancelled through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused time, unused features, or partial billing periods unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing issue has occurred, you agree to contact URBN Hub first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to URBN Hub, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or unexpected technical issues may affect availability.

Backups and Record Keeping

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies and backups of important business records. URBN Hub is not intended to serve as your sole storage, backup, legal archive, or tax record system.

No Professional Advice

URBN Hub provides software tools for business management. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for using your own professional judgment and seeking qualified advice when needed.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, design, layout, and functionality made available by URBN Hub are owned by URBN Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Data Handling

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

URBN Hub may access and display third-party data, such as Google Analytics data, only with user authorization and strictly for read-only reporting purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to URBN Hub if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, fail to resolve billing issues, or create risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

URBN Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, URBN Hub and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-related damages, including loss of profits, business, customers, records, or data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may change from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of URBN Hub after updates take effect means you accept the updated terms.
